This spot has blossomed into such a gem over the past year. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and they remember our names, our favorite orders, and always greet us with a smile. It truly feels like the perfect little neighborhood coffee shop.

This is one of my favorite Pete's in San Diego because of the location and it makes for a great office away from the office to meet clients and friends. The food is good, but I wish they had more lunch choices. The service is usually pretty good although I have had a rare botched mobile order, overall they are good. Atmosphere is a stripmall, so not much of a view but pleasant and I do like their semi-private patio. I usueally get black coffee and an egg & cheese sandwhich or bacon brioche, my bride enjoys their Machas and Turkey Bacon & Egg Sandwhich or Spinach Frittata.

Clean, simple coffee shop. I always come here when in the UTC area. Online pick up orders are ALWAYS on time with no issues.

I ordered through the app today and was struggling to get my order through, all the staff was AMAZING and helped me trouble shoot. As they were aware I ordered through the app because I was in a rush they made my order immediately!! I come here often and the staff makes it a great experience
